EnviroSys the Product

EnviroSys is a system that provides a Data Warehouse function, storing time series and static data types, images, audio, video and electronic documents/files, against which national/international standards and guidelines can be applied and reported on.

EnviroSys manages general data monitoring, and reporting to statutory authorities on health, safety and environmental accountability, whilst ensuring data integrity and accountability, thus adhering to the relevant standards, such as ISO14001 for environmental management.

EnviroSys includes both spatial and non-spatial tools to analyse and maintain data, and includes direct interfaces to MS Office, GIS Tools, End User Reporting Tools and Statistical Analysis Tools.

EnviroSys can also interact with hand held devices with communication links. This allows users to use the system to collect data whilst on location and synchronize with the database when the user returns to the office.

The data can be manually entered or collected from static monitoring devices and autoloaded into the system.

EnviroSys can manage data samples, sample locations, tests, test methods, analysts, devices, results and calculated results. Guidelines can be created allowing notification of data exceedences based on registered high and low value exception levels. One of the key features of EnviroSys is a mechanism that will alert managers to exceedences via either SMS or email.

Samples are catorgorised by a data type and can be grouped into programs. EnviroSys has an intricate security system allowing restrictions to be placed on users, protecting sensitive data.

Notes and documents can be loaded against samples, sample points and sites, programs, guidelines, devices and contacts within the system. If you would like to find out more about EnviroSys, or would like a demonstration please contact us.

Users can also manually add data in bulk form for many sample points and many test methods. The configuration can be saved for retrievable data entry sheets...

Data entry screens from Bulk Entry can be downloaded to handheld device in order to capture data in the field. EnviroSys has GPS integration and synchronises captured data with the application database

Search screens contain multiple parameters (including wild cards on all fields). Searches can be saved for easy retrieval later (automatically executes search also). Saved searches can be Local (for specific users) or Global (for all users – system administrator privileges needed to do this). The different types of saved searches are denoted by different coloured icons.

Results can be viewed in a tabular format, showing samples vs. test methods. Exceedances against test methods and guidelines are colour coded. These exceedances can be sent as alerts via email and sms.

Data can also be displayed as graphs for a single test method. The data is limited in scope to that shown in Tabular Results screen. The graphs use a different series for each sample point. Guidelines and statistics are also shown.

EnviroSys also has a Custom Graph Report tool which allows users to configure the orientation of a report and number of graphs per page. Users can add one or many graphs, each graph can be dual axis, each axis can be a different type (i.e. line, point, etc). Axis can show data from unrelated programs, points, data types, test methods.

EnviroSys also has a GIS tool that allows users to search on points within the system based on basic search criteria. Users can then choose to distinguish exceedances (shown as red points), and limit to a time period.

Every search screen has the ability to export the search results to a comma separated file.

EnviroSys also creates pdf reports. There are a set of standard reports, Samples by Test Method, Samples by Sample Point, Sample/Results sheet. We can also develop and implement custom, client specific reports.
